Hey, everyone!
It's been nearly a year on keto and I'm just a couple of pounds shy of 40 pounds lost total; I hope that I can end the year with a nice, round number, but it won't be the end of the world if it isn't.
I'm heavily considering getting one of those Showtime Rotisserie ovens but am uncertain what model would be best (I had no idea that they came in a billion styles). Am also looking into a food dehydrator to make my own jerky and dry herbs/some veggies, and I've got my eye on a nice Nesco model.
I hope that everyone's December is going well so far and that the crush of the impending holidays doesn't overwhelm anyone.
