This is what I weight on Thursday. The only difference is that on Thursday I forgot to take a picture of one hard boiled egg before dinner and one Tbsp of peanut butter on celery before lunch. This should have been fine. I also did weights with Bill last night and Chalene on Wed. Jogging Tues and today.
