I am at docs ofc now this new.diet shld reflect at least 5 days of following it completely. I CANT BELIEVE IT I WEIGHED AND ACTUALLY I LOST 9 lbs God is so good! I cant believe it. I was thinking about a post i read about a husband not wanting to diet with wife, my opinion is this we adore our spouses and want them there with us they hv to want it. Just like me and each one of yall do. you get healthy and dont allow them to get u to cheat..
Once they see how hot we are they will be grabbing sum carrots to keep up! Ladies and gentlemen too!
I am on track unfortunately have strep throat. But that hurts bit not enuf to drag me down Much love God bless !
