I am down 4 pounds for the week. I had a bad sweet tooth weekend and thought I was going to undo all the good I did last week. Luckily I lost another pound over the weekend. It could have been more if I would have stuck to my plan. But I'm still learning and figuring out what I can and can't eat.
I woke up early today so I jumped on the treadmill for 20 minutes before work. I think I will start doing that every day, sure has given me more energy so far today. I am also going to walk after work.
Going for bigger weight loss this week :)
