Guess I was expecting a bigger bump up from yesterday's indulgence. not going to complain, I worked all day and kept moving, so it all works out. Need to get a new pair of goggles, the seal on my favorites is shot. Ended up stopping a little early and doing some old fashioned egg beater for two songs. No stopping, no touching. Different muscles than squats. feeling it this morning. need to add some of that back into the routine. feeling all supercharged and yet knowing if I ever got back in the pool with any real water polo people, I'd get my butt handed to me. especially around these parts. retired champions everywhere.
picked up my tuna. it's absolutely gorgeous. tossed one chunk into the freezer immediately, going to cut up some for poke, I have everything but roe. need to figure out a way around that. would it be weird to eat raw fish for breakfast? I have a feeling it will be splendid with eggs. I wish I had some wasabi around. I guess I can mince some ginger or something. hmmm...
Hair is super curly this morning, let it dry naturally because I was running around doing stuff. forget what a bird's nest it can be. going to have to swim or wash it to untangle. cannot brush it without making it a big mess. hummingbirds are intrigued by it. beware, little birds, it would be a danger for both of us.
slightly overcast this morning, gotta get moving. weekend rules, although it feels like I've missed some stuff. still better for me to keep away from the computer during daylight.
muscle up, blob down, my quads look strong because my male friend noticed and told me (???) and one day I will get a selfie stick and do some pics of my back because it is getting there, especially after a good swim.
I'm going to ask the vet if I can walk Hogan on a harness next week. this housebound stuff is hard on him. Sadie goes off with my mom during the day.
