I had to eat an Atkins breakfast bar for lunch because I was running behind schedule. That made my overall totals low. I tried to make up for the lost veggies at snack and dinner, but I couldn't catch up. I was very well satisfied, just not quite on target. I got my swim in this morning before I worked the afternoon. I had another engagement at dinner time, so I ate a quick snack when I got home and went off to the concert and ate a light dinner when I got home. I tried to fit in another vegetable snack in the evening. Even with that, my carb totals were lower than I would have liked.
