Just got back from vacation at the end of March. Initially my weight said 135 lbs, but it quickly went to 131 after a couple of days of dieting. I got plenty of exercise while I was away, and ate and drank whatever I wanted. I had ZERO junk food / snacks however.
Quit smoking on Tues 5-5-2011. Also started exercising and working out.
