I've been on a week and a half vacation (ending tomorrow) and I've not been able to follow my diet and exercise routine very well. I'm very happy that I've losing weight. Yesterday, I wore some clothing I bought when I was 147 lbs and it fit me very well. So, it seems like it's true that I lost those 9 lbs. I'm very happy :)
