Did a fast 3.23 miles last night and got a lot of steps in during the day. No bees, no skunks, all good. Got home, crashed, went to bed.
Reset on my numbers going back to "non-athlete" adjusting the mindset, muscle is actually holding, blob is joyously celebrating post-Thanksgiving leftovers although it's mostly just turkey and it's gone now. Ironically, I'm wearing running tights and they look pretty good. Should I take the next step and turn on the light? 🤪
I am so relieved that it's Friday. Lots of thoughts I'm not committing to writing today. Breathe in, breathe out.
