I think I can say with confidence that I will never see the 160's again! I'm so excited and thankful! I do want to journal an odd thing, though. At one point this weekend, for seemingly no reason, I wanted to go to a mexican restaurant and gorge. I just felt so tired of my diet and I wanted to go eat any and everything I could.It felt so irrational and so tempting, all at the same time. It kinda scared me. I have been under A LOT of stress (even started my period saturday, which was about 10 days early). I wonder if I was kinda wanting to revert back to comfort eating. I'm so thankful I made it through!
