I'm with you! :-/ Even though I have not been 100% good 100% of the time.. I am feeling the itch to give up. I don't want to-but I am loosing my oomph! I need to find it again, and you need to keep plugging away! I am hitting the gym as much as I can for at least 30 mins. each time. Now, I just need to work on the eating better part- all the time and I will be back in the game. We need to do this!! ((hugs)) I love you- and you will break through the plateau!
