I feel really good today. I'm glad the weather is breaking so that i start working out more. Losing the pounds is great but feeling good about losing the weight feels incredible. I never thought i could do this but here I am doing it. Every day is a battle because I love food, but I love how I feel about me right now and I will choose this feeling over food everytime.
