Oh dear is all I can say. That is was happens when you eat unhealthily! Need to have more will power and control! I have done better today and I am under my 500 kcal allowance for a fast. I hope this will be reflected on the scales tomorrow! It is Waitangi day tomorrow and we are planning to go blueberry picking which will be fun!
