Thank you everybody for your support. I don't think I would have made it if I hadn't had so much friendship and help from this site.

Reached goal and have maintained it for 1 week....I'll give myself 1 more week at my goal weight, then I'll try and lose an additional 5 pounds.

65,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,8 kg. Aún para ir: 2,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.
