Diario de Needs-to-lose, 08 ene. 14

I gained 6 oz. this week. I would really like to think I'm gaining muscle, but I know that isn't true. I've been eating too much during the day. I really need to get set times to eat and stick with it. That's hard to do though since I'm usually sleeping during the breakfast hours. I don't wake up until 1130am most of the time, because I don't go to bed until about 4 in the morning.
122,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
