Diario de doozy65, 30 ene. 11

Weighed in today. I gained a pound. My first reaction was to just quit Atkins and maybe go back to WW, but I think I will stay a little longer on Atkins to see if I can get all the kinks out. When I was young Atkins worked so quick for me. But going through pre menapause is really putting my body in a slump.
Positive things about the last three weeks:
1) I have lost 10 pounds
2) I haven't had fast food in 3 weeks!
3) I have only eaten all natural whole foods
4) My body loves me for feeding it healthy
5) I am getting in the habit of eating only whole foods
6) my clothes fit better
7) breaking the habit of having to eat while watching tv at night
8) actually watching less tv at night and doing other things
9) going to bed at a regular decent time constantly
10) going to the gym faithfully
11) broke my habit of needing a glass of wine at night to go to bed!
ok so with all those changes happening to me in 3 weeks how could I not want to continue!
I praise God for helping me stay strong and accomplish all those changes. I could not do any of this with out Him!

If you have lost a certain amount of weight, go in and recalculate your RDI, you intake will have changed with the change of your weight. I had to change mine after I lost 10lbs and my RDI went down 100 calories.

Keep going. I blew my diet yesterday due to family hospitalization. I am not defeated, just 1 day. Pick myself up and keep going.
