Just remembered challenges. I'm back on track. I've started doing Biggest Looser low impact whenever I don't make it to the gym and eating better (less sweet snacks). I've put a plan together. Started middle of last week and went from 160 to 156. This will be the first week that I follow plan full week. I'll add in the challenges.

Slept 5 hours last night (took resurrect). I'll try to get in naps or anything that will get me up to 8 hours on a regular basics.
70,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
Ganando 0,1 kg a la Semana

@bdhu2001, glad to see you. You've been doing other healthy things, so that's good. And now you can get in a solid week of soup and warm your innards, so to speak. :)
