I had an ice cream cone five days ago and have been afraid to weigh myself ever since. What a wuss I am! This is how I've gain weight in the past, by not facing reality. Okay, here goes, I'll weigh me right now.+........
Wow! I'm okay! I've stuck to the diet, but made some small changes, which frightened me. Not higher calories, just not as easy to measure. I'm glad I'm getting the gist of it. Can't live on packaged food forever.
