Lame workout last night, was still raining pretty hard and I wasn't into getting struck by lighting. that said, I loved every minute of the storms we had roll through here yesterday.
Decided to kick an inanimate unmovable object in the middle of the night while yelling at the cats to quit knocking things over. Bruised, not broken as far as I can tell, but dang. I'm a hazard to myself and others. Just glad I don't have to wear heels anymore.
Slightly up, not worried, will drop as soon as I move around. Sky is gloriously blue and clear this morning, so looking good for a chilly swim later. Will probably walk dogs too as they're a little bouncy this morning. If I can fit in running shoes, might treadmill. We'll have to see how that works out.
