OMG!!!!! I am super sensitive to sugars! I know I wasn't supposed to eat it but I had some cake I baked for my snl {who is now in the hosp.} and boy did my weight shoot up!
But today is another day and I think I will go back to Phase 1 and start over! I do wish my bnl hadn't sent that cake down here! But I had my taste of it and the temp is gone! I've got to have more willpower!

At least you see how bad sugars are for you now and can start fresh. Doing Induction again is a Great idea so it can get you back into ketosis. You'll probably only have to do it for 3-4 days and then back to how you were eating before the mishap. Good Luck!

mjgh06 can you tell me right quick what's some good meats and veges to buy with 114.dollars to spend? I can't find where you told me before. I got to make a quick run to the store. I'm feeding 4 people.

I can tell you better if I know how many meals you need. You make a lot of meals with 100.00. I have written each section below with items listed in each section by what I would buy first. Veggies: romaine lettuce cucumbers Summer squash (yellow and zucchini) Cauliflower Bell Peppers broccoli Mushrooms Meats Chicken Ground Beef Pork Dairy: Shredded Gouda is the cheapest if they have it, if not, mozzarella or Italian blend.
