It's all good. I ate fairly normally and then played with some weights and bodyweight exercises last night. This up and down is what would have made me lose my mind in a previous life. Muscle way up, but it will go back down in a day or so, but still trend up overall. Blob is holding mostly down. Pants still fit. And I'm wearing 8's this morning. I think if I'd given in to sweatpants, I could get in trouble. I do have some workout shorts and capris ordered, but those are for working out. Shocking, I know, in the age of athleisurewear. gotta get them when they're on sale.
No walk, no swim last night. We'll just blame the raw cabbage. You're welcome. Even the dogs were slightly offended.
