Dont be discouraged. A loss is still a loss. And some weeks you may lose more than others. Its just the way it goes. Maybe make your salads a tad smaller, and have something else on the side to complement it that doesnt carry as much fat. I have an issue with salads because I am SOOO picky with my dressings. I tend to ONLY like the ones that are terribly high in fat so I use the fat free ones, and then add some other seasonings like cajun spice to remind me of southwestern dressing, etc. It helps a bit. =0)
