I am doing pretty well, with a few set backs. So here it goes.
I noticed that when I drink and get a good buzz on, I tend to want to eat, even though I am full from the beer. So the last two weeks, I have made it so that I dont go to the bar, Monday through Friday and just goes one day a week. I have picked up a few books and some movies, that keep me busy.
I started climbing the stairs in the parking garage behind my apartment building. I have been climbing to the 6th floor and back down. I have been doing this at least 4 times per session. WHAT A BURN! Today, I will doing my walk run today. should be a change of pace.
I am looking forward to the next week and will try to do my weight in every 7 days from here on out.
