Not at all surprised by today's scale reading. And not at all discouraged, either. :) Now that the holiday food is done, and the fudge is OUT of the house!, I'll be able to get right back to it. Yay! XC skiing starts in 2 weeks, we intend to go back to dancing at least once a week at the New Year. And the marathon training continues, slowly and carefully.
