I just wanted to try something new. I saw a blog about Palmini. It is made from heart of palm. Sounds interesting.
Well, first bite. Hmmm. It same as vegetable noodle. It tastes like canned white asparagus. My husband said Shirataki noodle is better. I think so too. Shirataki noodle is less carb and almost no calories. Moreover, it has more fiber. I think It is first and last Palmini.
