Well it is Friday and weigh in day. I am down .5 which is a little disappointing but I will take it. Considering how much stronger I am getting (muscle) I can't complain. I did manage to lose .5 off my hips :)! My waist and chest stayed the same. Doubles Friday today so should be interesting since I am sore from yesterdays workout.
