If you drink it won't make you gain weight.. It's just like food food does not make you gain .. What we put into the drink is what the problem is.. Don't use mixers in your drinks.. Put freshly squeezed lemon in your margarita or use flavored soda water in your vodka drink... Just as easy to use a lettuce stop instead of bread;)) best!
