Another hell day survived. Only 27 or so to go. Trying to not work weekends, I literally put that I am taking Monday off on the calendar. So there.
Did manage to swim very, very, very late last night. 826 strokes, 10.3METs, long pulls. Felt good, was exhausted after. Sadly, the scale says muscle mass is going down, will try and counter that. I'd like to thank my sweet friend at work who pointed out to me that if I die because neglecting myself because of work the evil overlords win. I don't know any actual overlords (other than my feline overlords), but she made me laugh and made me cognizant of what we do to ourselves in the name of the year end circus.
Lower back is starting to bug me at night after too many hours in chair so put up note to stretch and move around. Also going to hang upside down more because that's the whole point of that inversion contraption and it does feel good.
