Followed diet well, except for 2 glasses of wine. Didn't eat much otherwise though...and felt full all day. Wonder what is going on...
Feel full today too...drinking espresso this morning, then packing my lunch for the afternoon. Want to be sure I am ready for the day. Am really hoping to drop back down soon... Going to do yoga this morning to try to rev things up...
