Wow! A 1.2lb drop is great. I hope I have more days like this. I feel like I'm on the Biggest Loser...dropping massive amounts of weight in one week. Since this diet has produced results so quickly, it will be easier to follow it. I did my meal prep for the week last night. I'm ready for a week of days where I drop 1+lbs. If I keep this up, I will be at 159 by the 29th...which I haven't seen in awhile!
