Pooh, I didn't lose any weight, just at a stand still, even put in some extra workouts, dang it :(

Dont get frusturated, sometimes when we workout super hard our muscles hold onto water. Just keep eating right, thats 90 percent of the battle!! haha nice profile picture whats the lil guys name?

Hey girl! I know, this is where I'm supposed to keep muddeling through, keep pushing myself to get past this hump! But, my profile pic is of a cute little puppy I came across on Facebook! This little guy is named "Boo" you have to look him up on FB! He is a pomeranian with his hair shaved and she puts him in all these cute little outfits! He has tons of fans!! Lol!!!!
