I didn't actually weigh, i just wanted to make a journal entry.

FAIL! That describes my weekend. i can not do this own my own. I need God's help - I'm truly powerless over food. i have no self control.

I have felt fat lately, even though i'm still slowly coming down. I feel like 'what's the point?' and so i haven't been exercising. I've been somewhat depressed and hormonal, as well.

Mostly this is a mental battle, and right now I'm losing. And it scares me.
