A lb down, and I feel REALLY good! A couple of different changes in diet and medication is all I can attribute it to...both the loss and the feeling good. I am grateful I don't have to work right now so I can make these changes and concentrate on my health.
On that note, I am hoping to start a volunteer position at my local YMCA next week. That will make it maybe easier to get there that much more regularly. It's a position coordinating the outdoor recreation programs that are offered...there are several but no real organization so Y members can know about them. Since my degree is RECREATION MANAGEMENT, it's right up my alley and truly something I will LOVE doing. I think, anyway.
So again, no MSG, no HFCS, no artificial sweetener, portion control Lots of water, moderate exercise.

Sunday Walking around Costco for more than an hour...that's got to be exercise. :) Monday Swam 12 laps/600yds Tuesday Walked for an hour at the arboretum Wednesday Walked about 45 minutes. Thanking the gods for sunshine today Thursday Walked 40 minutes...yay sunshine in November! Friday Saturday
