I did so well last week and then splurged this weekend at a fancy restaraunt and now I am back up 3lbs!!! UGH!!!! I hate this battle!!

112,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,7 kg. Aún para ir: 21,8 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.

Believe me I can understand how frustrating that is. I can do so good on the weekdays but those weekends are tough for me also. Hang in there I know you will get back on track.
