Pretty darn worn out from yesterday, but still got my walk in this morning, also bought some new shoes yesterday, Avia Tone shapers, they don't look big and dorky like I've seen some of the shoes, and man oh mighty do I feel it burn in my legs and butt!! Yes, I think these will definately help!! Plus they are really good for your joints! Yay!!
