Went to my tops meeting last night, and I lost 8!! I wanted to lose 5, and I DID IT!!! Im not patting myself on the back just yet! I have a long road ahead of me!! Just one day at a time. And, thats what I mean!
180,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 23,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 80,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
