Last day for the quiche with a crust for breakfast. It's been nice, but time to go back to my plain eggs.
Got a really good swim in yesterday - finally. Now at 811 strokes, burned 349 calories with heart rate in the mid-140s. All good and that's with the current up another notch. The one downside of that, if I hesitate for just a moment, I'm tossed pretty hard against the back of the pool.
Needed some NSVs this morning, so pulled some clothes out that didn't fit previously. Good news is that while my butt all "butt" disappeared initially, I've been doing squats lately and there's a bit of a comeback. Finally seeing a change in my chest. The two fancy tops that were snug/tight across the chest are now fitting, but not sure I'm going to keep them. I think I can do better. Off to Goodwill they go. I think I'll hit my closet with another empty bag and see how much I can pull. I used to pick up and move when I was restless. Now, I just clean my closet out. Adulting compromise.
