Yeah, I met my goal for Thanksgiving. I went shopping with the bank girls in Tex last weekend and I stayed on program the whole time. There were lots of ways i could have cheated, candy shops, cinnamon roll shops, chocolate factory, many many restaurants, but I stayed on my diet. It paid off today on the scale. My next goal is 180 by Christmas. It will be hard to do, but I DETERMINED.
