W2 D6 of BSD and I’m still going in the right direction. Still can’t believe I’m 9.5lb (4.3kg) down in 13 days. Absolutely unbelievable results even with the odd naughty item having creeped in. Changing a lifetime of poor eating choices takes time. I’m positive that this lifestyle change will develop into something I can manage life long. Changes in my wight and body shape are certainly an added bonus!
