So here I am aiming to lose the 4st (25kg) that I worked so hard to lose before.
Managing my health and exercise is up there on top of my 40 before 40 goals so what else is there to do other than get the head in gear and get on with with it. Not to mention the bridesmaid dress I need to fit in by September. Viva Espania for my besties big day 😍
