Both. But its good that your fat % is less now. Depends on your goal. For muscle definition, body fat % should be very low. It's different for males and females. For males, it is below 10% body fat. No idea about females. Also, age should be considered for ideal body fat %.

Hi Reader1! Thank you for your comment. My fat percentage goal is 19% - 18%. I try to Boxcercise at least 3 times a week. I have a bench and weight at our garage. I do excercise whenever I can. I am 53 years old and 5’3”(about 160cm).
