Monday, Monday... quick walk before work. Lunch on Saturday after the movie; made apple pie yesterday for my husband and ate it--very good,enjoyed the weekend - but not worth the 2 lbs gain...I'm not ready to go unchecked!! Should have made better choices.

Making better choices certainly is not the easiest thing to do but I have found that it is the thing that helps us to feel better, see results and stay motivated. Today is a new day in our journey here on FS. We always can keep trying and that's the beauty of it. Have a great day!

I'm sure it's just water, or other "transitional weight", and you'll be back down tomorrow. As long as you make better choices starting today, you'll be back where you want to be in no time!
