TODAY - I am back on my program. After losing slowly, but successfully in 2011 - 44lbs, In 2012 I fell off track and lost my way.
I am 57 years old with two grown children, a husband and 5 yr old yellow lab(exercise buddy). I am a consistent walker and need to increase the intensity of my exercise. Coming back to the group for accountability and motivation as I realize I cannot take this journey alone~I need support of individuals fighting the same battles.
My ultimate weight goal is 150lbs. Fitness goals: incorporate weight training; continue my walking and start running. I would like to complete a marathon by my 60th birthday. I am still considering my short-term goals/rewards and will post them later.
