Diario de livelifefully, 13 mar. 08

Well, I did not want to record this journal entry- up a pound from last week. I've eaten very well this week and worked out, so it is frustrating. If I have a loss by tomorrow, I may just have to record it before my weekly weigh in. It helps to think of the contestants on The Biggest Loser that they are working out 6 hours a day and eating perfectly and sometimes they have weeks where they don't lose at all. I just happens. I prob. have eaten too many nuts since Tues. and need to watch portion control on that, but other than that I've stuck to it so there's not much else I can do.
68,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

dont give up!! I had 2 weeks where I didnt loose a thing, I actually gained some :(! and I was eating and working out so well. And, Im happy to say this morning I was 2 pounds down!! The lighter you get, the harder it is to loose ... but lets keep it up until those last 10 pounds are gone!

It must just be fluid retention or something - I'm sure it'll be off again in a matter of days. Keep up the good work and you will reach you goal!
