I am so tired and I have gained weight. I feel like eating lots and lots until I am stuffed. I WILL get hold of this so I don't go back to where I was. I am still not having sugar or white flour, but I have been fighting some kind of infection because I have low energy, which is NOT like me. I usually go until I drop in bed at night, but its only 6:48pm and I'm tired. I will take a bath and go to bed early, make a Dr. appt. and see if I have a bladder infection or my hormones are out of balanced. I LOVE MY LIFE!! No reason to start adding weight or getting sloppy with my eating habits. I have a great job, great hubby and kids. I love my home, my friends, my family, my church, my town. Why am I eating more. I think because I'm tired and don't feel good. I just want to sit and eat instead of going to bed or taking a nice warm comforting bath. I love my baths. OK, I joined a bunch of challenges, I will check in here every day and at least try to track my calories. It helped tonight because it stopped me from eating more calories. I didn't realize french fries were 400 calories. YIKES! want popcorn, but will probably pass on that. OK, good night, I'm taking my bath and going to bed with a good book!
