today is day 6 i think...i can't remember if i was gonna originally do this for two weeks or just one, but i think i'll leave it at the one. its been pretty easy for me, and i feel like i have broke that major urge to eat things i shouldn't. i honestly was not doing the phase one to lose anything, just to break some bad habits i was forming. I think my goal is that maybe the last week of every month i'll phase one. that way if i start to waver during the month, i won't let myself get too far off track. thats my game plan at least :) i will try to get to a scale tomorrow and weigh in...i think a monthly weigh in at this point in the game is a good idea...just make sure i'm staying steady.

well i am done day three...once again, not a problem. i should try to be a little more creative tomorrow...been eating a lot of the same foods for the last couple days. on a side/grosser note, i tend to be a lot more 'regular' when i eat better...i assume its b/c i'm getting more fiber? i don't really know, and yes, maybe TMI, but whatever, its how i am in general :D anyways, i'll weigh myself on monday maybe...see how its going by then. i'm doubting i'll lose anymore weight really...which is ok, just want to try and maintain what i'm at and tone up, eight minutes at a time :)

so one day down and i'm going strong :D haha only had a little cheat yesterday and had a mini box of smarties...but i don't feel bad about it. i have hundreds of those stupid chocolate bars in my pantry, so to have one is A-OK :) i made up a chicken soup stock yesterday so will make up my soup today and use it as a quick meal to help me out this week. Fill it full of veggies and chicken. i am also going to try and drink more water again...i tend to forget about that, i have never been a big drinker, unless i'm super thirsty. i'm gonna go do my whopping 8 minute work out tho :) have a great day all!

so i am going to phase one for a week...just to get out of the habit of eating what i want, when i want. my mom was here for a good portion of a week and together we are all about the chocolate and desserts...its awful. Especially being that both of us struggle with maintaining our weights. ALways up a couple, down a couple over and over. i figure i'll do this now so that i don't struggle at it later. I've been trying to get out and walk a bit too, its more of a work out in the snow ( wearing snow pants and boots and all ) but the walks are shorter b/c -30 celcius is just way too cold for anyone. its all good tho, and its so nice to be able to blab on here about my goals. that way there is written proof that i intend to do it and hopefully b/c someone will read this, i'll feel obliged to stick with it ;)

ok, new plan :) ha ha i have an EIGHT minute workout and i am gonna do it on the days when both my kids are in school. which means 2 times one week, 3 times the next. i know it doesn't sound like much but i really HATE to exercise, so baby steps, right? lol yeesh, it sounds lame to me even, but with winter on its way here i won't get out walking nearly as much...being honest, even with fall here i wasn't walking much either *shame* I have 2 weddings coming up tho in the next 5 months, so i gotta get through winter without gaining my weight back.
