Did very well today. I am not used to the feeling of not eating enough yet. But I did 4 miles in 32 minutes.
Same routine worked half mile cardio at 5 AM, then weights for 30 minutes, then back to cardio for another 15 minutes.
Lunch time down to gym to run 4 miles in 32 minutes.
Food is tasting good, but still running on 1200 calories a day is pretty near starving to death according to my stomach.

Today oatmeal with fresh blackberries.
The protein shake starts the day as normal.
The 1200 calorie intake maximum is starting to work. Down to 173 in 36 hours.

Started with the 12 week challenge weigh in today. 176.5 and 24.1 percent fat.
Lunch run of 3.3 miles went well! 35 minutes
