I finally weighed myself after the crazy eating on Saturday. The damage isn't much and I'm confident I can get back to 241.4 in a couple of days. I had a good time celebrating my fiance's birthday on Saturday even though the menu for the day was unhealthy. This is life... not every day is gonna be healthy, what counts is that you get back on track right after.

So I spent all of last night with a terrible migraine that didn't let me sleep. I actually ended up working from home because I am still not feeling well - I really, really needed the extra day away from the office and all the stress though. It's okay to have a demanding job and be overwhelmed but sometimes it can get unhealthy. I thought today would be difficult to stay on track at home but just the opposite. I've been drinking tons of water because I can feel that my body needs it and I've stayed within my calories and even managed to leave enough calories for a sweet snack.
The rest of this week will be great, eating wise. I'm really not trying to let anything else derail me :)

This weekend has been a disaster food wise. Saturdays crazy menu was planned weeks in advance so I was ready for that and the hit it would do to my progress....today's was not planned. I didn't space my eating out properly and waited too many hours in between breakfast and lunch. That led to horrible choices. I have to be more prepared for the weekends. in either case I have my lunch and snacks packed foe tomorrow and I can't get to get a clean start. Lunch tomorrow is broiled salmon with cilantro lime marinade, garlic and ginger infused basamati rice, and broccoli with carrots. Sooo much better than fast food!! :)
