Got out early this morning and ran 4-miles in 34:12. It was my first 4-mile run in almost 3 months. I need to run atleast 3 times a week to be ready for my first official 5K Run on April 14th which should be run! Got in some good Ab work as well to finish off my workout this morning.

Took Sat & Sun off from doing any exericse.
Got in a very good Chest/Shoulder/Tricep workout this morning and was able to maintain highest weights for most exercises. Should be able to raise my weights in a couple of weeks.

Got in my first run outside in almost 2 weeks and it was absolutely beautiful this morning. Crisp 58 degrees and I felt pretty good which helped me run a 25:57 - 5K time.
I got in some good Abdominal workouts afterward too. 3 sets of 80 on the Ab Bench. 3 sets of 15 leg lifts and 2 sets of 15 Wood Choppers. Good morning workout and now hopefully a good day eating too!

Got in a great pump with my Shoulders, biceps and triceps workout this morning. I was able to raise my reps for a few exercises so I'm shooting to raise my weights by the end of the month for a near term goal.

Had a very good week last week eating and exercising eventhough I had a couple of days still working through some sickness.
I had a good workout this morning with Chest & Back. I'm looking forward to working hard this week, eating right and drinking my water. Spring Break is in less than 3 weeks and I want to reach my goal as well as increase my muscle mass.
