Good Evening All,
Much prefer the website which means I am limited until I get home from work. so please forgive me if you write and don't hear back for hours! :)
Good day, bad night. Pasta. Gluten free yes, but a metric ton of it.
And no good excuse like date night or anything (and no Glen, hair is NOT in curlers it always looks like this lol) so I don't feel guilt - just nauseated and disappointed.
Tomorrow is another day :)

BF and I did well today! He is totally SB so I am sticking to that when he is over and for cooking for him or packing lunches and such. Breakfast I had a cheese omlette and bacon. no bread no potatoes. and hot tea. I did put honey in it. But I was so hungover I couldn't see straight and didn't even realize as it was second nature...anyway...that was late like at 1130 so we then went all the way to dinner with out eating but had a snack me cashews and him almonds. we bought a grill today (because it's 45 degrees out which is down right balmy after JONAS) and grilled filets tonight which were great and I did mixed veggies - peppers, zucchini, snap peas, half an onion in about a tablespoon of olive oil.
I'm going to need to pick on way or the other - SB or LCHF because they are a bit different...and it's getting confusing.

Ok so last night was a debacle!!!!
BF and I haven't seen each other in almost 2 weeks (screw you storm Jonas!!) so that was awesome. Went to a SUPER place for dinner and wow I don't even want to tell you what I ate. I *drank* ummmmm 4 Vodka tonics??
I did eat steak, thats fine (a LOT) and green beans so so I guess ... BUT the baaaaaad parts far outweighed that .... Dessert included. You know what though? I feel fine I don't feel bad and we had a great time. Back on track this am and moving right along. Guilt serves no purpose.

Good morning boys and girls!
I have a Crazy hectic day today but guess what...our lives are so easy we need to seriously put that into perspective! Have to work all day today so YUCK. Jammed a celery stalk and two T hummus down for breakfast with my coffee and almond milk. Which I didn't even finish. Got my water bottle a square of cheddar a V8 and 15 cashews to get me thru work until I can get home around 4. But going out to dinner tonight (it's been almost two weeks thanks JONAS!!!) so I'm conserving calories for yup... Vodka. All hail date night. :)

Alright back on track. I feel better already. I feel full and bloated. Maybe from yesterday. under calories for the day: B: 2 turkey sausage & V8
Snack: hummus. No celery. Just a spoon. :) And quite a bit but I logged it all L: 2 cups arugula w/ 1 serving of turkey pepperoni & reduced fat cheddar shredded and melted. Like pizza. Sort of. Lol. Snack: walnuts. 1 serving. D: kale/arugula salad w/snap peas celery & tuna salad I made myself with northern beans fresh parsley celery onion and jicama root. And hot chocolate made with cocoa and Splenda and almond milk. Yay.
